How?

I think you may have been arguing with a loser and didn't even know it.  Here's how I know, you start to dream big wanting a new goal or lifestyle that will drastically alter your life.  And quicker than you've come up with the goal, you've told yourself you can't and have given up on that wonderful dream.
Since we're close to New Year's at the time of this writing its a perfect time for talking about the resolutions you will make a few days from now.  Most people all want to lose weight and start exercising.  Now here is the most common scenario:

1.  By January 2nd you've gotten down to the gym to get your membership.
2.  By January 7th the workouts are going great, your diet is impeccable and you've lost 10lbs.  Of course you tell everybody!  And you deserve too.
3.  By January 15th your training somebody and you know all the right advice at the gym because you lost 10lbs so quickly.

Let's fast forward a little:

You've made it to March or late February and you look amazing.  You take 4 days off, greasy foods taste amazing and slowly but surely you get back into your old habits again.  And of course it's not your fault, you've got no time, it hurts and the ever so amazing statement:  "I'll start back training in April so I can look good for the beach".  Problem is, you don't really go back to that gym.

So how did this happen?  Somewhere along the line you've asked yourself this dreaded question "How?".  Whenever we embark on anything new, we always ask ourselves how are we going to do this.  Then we always come up with a loser answer, it's the answers your mind comes up with that will keep you back, the answers hold you down with doubts and objections, and like a child you believe yourself.  You give yourself every excuse in the book. An excuse is easy, it's easy to blame an excuse, wouldn't you agree?

I'm going to let you in on something:

YOU CAN DO ANYTHING YOU WANT!

It's just a matter of how badly you want it.  People everyday go after what they want and then make thousands of other people exclaim: "One day I'm going to be like that person".   It's your time.

What's the key, just start doing what your going after.  You MUST tell yourself hundreds if not thousands of times during the day that you are doing exactly what your going after.  Start to believe 100% that you are the person that will achieve those big huge massive dreams.  Negative thoughts will flood your mind all day and night, and if you met somebody that told you that you weren't allowed to go after your dreams you would tell them otherwise, wouldn't you?  Start doing this with your negative thoughts.

If you buy a journal you never really look at it and ask yourself how will I fill all the pages.  Everyday you write down something to fill the pages and next thing you know you've filled every page.  Take everyday as if it were a page in a journal.  Write until you hit the last page.  Don't plan it out just start writing.

Ironically to write this BLOG today, I thought about it for over a week.  Wrote a few drafts (in a journal) and told myself.  I'll write it tomorrow.  I woke up pretty early this morning and made the realization it was only going to get written sitting behind a keyboard and writing it.  See nothing happens till you- JUST DO IT, and asking myself  "HOW?" really didn't get anything accomplished.
